AGroup Legacy AGroup Self Service Employee Self Service HCM n/a 2019 2021
In 2019 Stockmann Latvia implemented AGroup Self Service and began migration to AGroup's HRB Portal cloud. The implementation centralized core HR, time and attendance, payroll and employee self service across its Latvian operations. Apps Category AGroup Self Service was configured to support core HR master data, time capture workflows and payroll processing, with automation of routine HR actions and employee self service requests. Configuration work focused on payroll rule sets, time and attendance logic and self service forms to standardize HR case handling. The deployment included integrations with the client Finnish HR system, the Flexim clocking system and Oracle finance, enabling time punches to flow into payroll processing and payroll postings to feed financial ledgers. Data synchronization and API based exchanges were executed as part of the cloud hosted HRB Portal integration layer. The program was initiated in September 2019, continued through 2020 and finalised in January 2021, with a staged rollout across Stockmann Latvia operations. The project delivered cloud migration, automated HR processes and cost savings while integrating HR, time capture and finance systems.
