In 2019, Stratco implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to establish ERP Financial controls across its Australian manufacturing and retail operations. The deployment targeted Sales and Manufacturing functions as well as the finance organization, aligning procurement estimation and financial processing for an 800 person manufacturing business with regional retail channels.
Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to deliver core ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and cash management, with configuration focused on transaction flow design and chart of accounts alignment. Implementation activity emphasized process analysis and future process mapping, led by a Sales and Manufacturing subject matter expert who ensured end to end process integration and operational level process adoption.
Operational coverage included estimating, sales order processing, manufacturing, despatch and retail operations in South Australia, with estimating workflows redesigned to support material take offs and quotation processing for supply and install projects. Workstreams concentrated on integrating transactional flows to support order to cash and procure to pay workflows while maintaining standard Oracle Cloud ERP configuration patterns.
Governance and rollout centered on people preparation, process adoption and go live support, with a dedicated Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP subject matter expert assigned from January 2020 to provide post go live stabilization and ongoing process optimization. Change governance updated operational workflows for estimating and manufacturing and coordinated finance and shop floor teams to sustain the new ERP Financial processes.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP WalkMe | Digital Adoption | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Stratco introduced SAP WalkMe as part of a Digital Adoption initiative supporting a major multi-site business transformation. The rollout was managed by a Business Transition Lead who oversaw system, process, cultural and organisational change across multiple sites, coordinating communication plans and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation.
SAP WalkMe was embedded into the company communication and training strategies to provide just in time end-user guidance and contextual support, reducing the need for time-consuming instructor-led workshops and accelerating the adoption of new processes. The implementation emphasized in-application walkthroughs and contextual prompts to simplify onboarding and day to day task execution for departmental users.
Operational coverage included cross-departmental deployment and active engagement with departmental leaders, with a staffed post-sales team created to handle post-implementation enquiries from customers and internal teams. This operational model reduced anxiety caused by technical issues and enabled the business to own the change while maintaining continuity of key staff during the largest transformation in over thirty five years.
Governance centered on a formal change management framework, leader coaching, resistance management, progress monitoring and regular reporting on change effectiveness. The program also included a Mental Health and Wellness strategy introduced during the COVID 19 period to reduce workload and anxiety, and outcomes cited by internal leadership included faster uptake of new processes, fewer training workshops required, reduced end-user anxiety and retention of key personnel.

In 2013, Stratco implemented eftPOS to handle in-store payment acceptance as part of its Point Of Sale operations. The rollout concentrated on Stratco retail stores, enabling cashiers to process card present transactions and providing an alternative for customers who do not hold credit cards, aligning with company guidance that customers without credit cards must visit a local Stratco store and pay with cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
The eftPOS deployment emphasized terminal-level transaction processing, merchant settlement workflows, and cashier payment workflows, including receipt generation and terminal management. eftPOS was configured to operate alongside Stratco checkout processes, integrating with in-store point of sale terminals and store operational procedures to centralize payment acceptance at retail checkout, while governance focused on in-store payment policy and cashier handling procedures.
