The deployment leveraged NetSuite’s cloud-based multi-entity architecture to unify transaction processing and reporting for the finance organization. Governance and control design emphasized SOX audit readiness, with defined processes for preparing audit schedules, supporting external auditors, and monitoring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Operational scope centered on the corporate finance and accounting functions, including capital asset accounting, month-end close, and external audit support across consolidating entities.

Integrations were a central element of the rollout, the program managed 35 plus integrations to various internal and external systems. The Integrations Lead coordinated these interfaces with a team of External Consultants and the implementation partner Workday, and also managed out of scope data conversions required for go live. Program governance emphasized testing and operational readiness, with a Testing Owner accountable for unit testing, end to end testing and payroll parallel processes. Subject matter expertise for HCM, Compensation and Security was embedded into the IT organization, and custom tools such as SSDM were managed to support cutover and post go live stabilization.
