Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Successories implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The project focused on ERP Financial capabilities and was scoped as an international implementation supporting finance and accounting teams with 50+ users across the company. The deployment concentrated on core financial modules typical of an ERP Financial system, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, with configuration for multicurrency and consolidated chart of accounts to support cross-border accounting. Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to enforce standard chart of accounts and period close workflows, and to centralize transactional financial data for month end reporting and auditability. Integrations were implemented to connect the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment with existing technology components, using SQL and .Net based interfaces for data exchange, and a Salesforce integration for customer and order data synchronization. Project documentation and business process mapping used Visio, while software development work supported custom connectors and data transformations, and the overall technology stack listed SQL, Visio, NetSuite, .Net, Social Media, Adobe Creative Suite, and SFDC as supporting technologies. Governance and rollout emphasized business process analysis and software development driven change, with formal process mapping, role based access and phased user onboarding across finance and related operational teams. Training materials and communication collateral were produced as part of the international rollout, and the program prioritized process standardization and control to align financial operations with the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform.
