Configuration and operational use centered on general ledger posting and cash management workflows, with daily sales data entered by cash management staff and uploaded through GL export and import routines into Microsoft Dynamics GP. The environment combined manual entry and batch import processes to move site-level sales into the financial ledger, aligning accounts receivable and cash reconciliation activities to the ERP Financial ledger. Operational coverage included finance, cash management coordination, and site-level accounting processes, with governance enforced through role-based data entry and centralized GL import procedures to maintain consistent posting practices.
