Inventory controls were managed from the Philadelphia office, where materials were released to support recovery efforts for more than 300 retail sites affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
Governance emphasized SLA adherence, centralized work order initiation workflows, and cross functional communication between maintenance, project management and regional supervisors. The deployment positioned IBM Maximo as the Enterprise Asset Management system supporting Sunoco Lp maintenance and project management business functions.
