Configuration work emphasized event order orchestration, group booking workflows and forecasting capabilities consistent with a Delphi implementation. Operationally the program consolidated the Portland based sales office of seven managers, relocated core sales functions to the property and opened a single virtual office, centralizing booking, forecasting and sales outreach for Group Sales, Catering and Convention Services. The rollout impacted business functions including Group Sales, Revenue Management and Catering, and touched property operations and sales training programs. Governance and process changes accompanied the system implementation, including rewritten annual goals, a revised bonus program and the development and delivery of Sunriver's Strategic Selling Strategies training to drive system adoption. Outcomes recorded during the period included an increase in group room revenue of 30 percent and the creation of group sales and catering forecasting tools.

Operational coverage focused on guest services, central reservations, and contact center queues, enabling unified interaction handling across voice and messaging channels. Governance combined contact center routing adjustments and BI driven staffing guidance, with Business Intelligence outputs used to optimize staffing and reservations workflows. The 30 day deployment achieved up to 74% call offload in August 2023, demonstrating the deployment scale and operational impact observed during the rollout.
