The Odoo Attendance implementation was executed under the Time and Attendance category to centralize shift-based workforce management across the companys multi-site call center operations in Pakistan.
The deployment included Odoo HRM, Timesheet and Attendances modules configured for shift rosters, time capture and approvals, and payroll-related time recording. Configuration work emphasized attendance rules, clock-in and clock-out capture, timesheet approval workflows and centralized reporting to support operational staffing and payroll inputs.
Lahore Analytica led the implementation engagement and configured the application landscape to provide consolidated attendance and timesheet data across multiple call center sites, enabling the HR and operations teams to access unified records. The implementation covered HR, operations and payroll-related processes, with reporting and timesheet exports provisioned to support downstream payroll processing and multi-site operational oversight.
Governance work focused on standardizing attendance policies, approval workflows and shift management processes to create a single source of truth for labor time data.
