Configuration work emphasized attendance rules, clock-in and clock-out capture, timesheet approval workflows and centralized reporting to support operational staffing and payroll inputs. Lahore Analytica led the implementation engagement and configured the application landscape to provide consolidated attendance and timesheet data across multiple call center sites, enabling the HR and operations teams to access unified records. The implementation covered HR, operations and payroll-related processes, with reporting and timesheet exports provisioned to support downstream payroll processing and multi-site operational oversight. Governance work focused on standardizing attendance policies, approval workflows and shift management processes to create a single source of truth for labor time data. The project was positioned to improve workforce management and payroll accuracy as stated in the case study, and Lahore Analytica is named as the partner in the Odoo case study for Support Solutions Hub Pakistan.
