In 2023, Survicate deployed Custify CSM Dashboards to support its customer success organization. Custify CSM Dashboards is an Analytics and BI application that Survicate used to centralize customer data and provide operational analytics for customer success.
Survicate implemented Custify CSM Dashboards alongside health scoring capabilities to consolidate account signals into a unified health score and to surface CSM-facing dashboards for account prioritization. The implementation included dashboarding for adoption metrics, churn risk indicators, and expansion opportunity signals, and configuration of automated health score calculations consistent with Analytics and BI functional workflows. Automated outreach workflows were configured to trigger standardized interventions when health thresholds were crossed.
Operational scope centered on Survicate's customer success team, which used Custify CSM Dashboards for account segmentation, risk triage, and expansion prioritization. Governance was adjusted to incorporate regular dashboard reviews and periodic health score calibration into success planning workflows, aligning playbooks and outreach cadence for CSMs. The rollout emphasized CSM operationalization and the use of analytics to drive account-level actions rather than broad enterprise reporting.
According to Custify's vendor case summary, Survicate realized a 43% increase in expansion MRR and a 7% reduction in churn following the Custify CSM Dashboards deployment.
