In 2011 Svevia implemented Benify Benefits as a centralized employee benefits portal, initiating the deployment in January 2011 for Svevia AB. The project established Benify Benefits within the Benefits Administration category to provide a single point of access for benefits enrollment and administration across the company in Sweden.
The implementation focused on standard Benefits Administration capabilities, including a configurable benefits catalog, employee self service enrollment, lifecycle management for eligibility changes, automated enrollment workflows, and administrative controls for benefits managers. Benify Benefits was configured to support role based access for HR administrators and managers, and to produce operational reporting used for benefits reconciliation and auditability.
Operational integration included a named connection to Flexpay as part of the payroll and benefits data flow, enabling transfer of elected benefits and payroll deductions. Governance was structured under HR ownership at Svevia AB, with phased rollout in January 2011 and defined workflows for enrollment periods and change requests, aligning benefits administration processes with HR operations.
