The environment referenced Oracle 11g and Redshift, and the work included migrating existing reports from Business Objects to MicroStrategy 10.2 and 10.4. Scheduling and monitoring were handled with Control-M, code deployment used Jenkins, and source control and branching were managed with Git tools. Governance and delivery followed an agile cadence with three to four week sprints, user stories and acceptance criteria tracked in Rally, and an onsite offshore model for development and support. Processes covered requirement gathering, documenting functional specifications, development, unit testing, UAT support, end user training and concise report documentation to enable business self service and audit traceability. Operational responsibilities emphasized production support and debugging for reporting and audit scenarios, developing drill down sales and marketing reports, and maintaining deployment promotion workflows between environments.
