In 2019, T2 Tea Australia implemented Convertize on its website. Convertize is an Analytics and BI application that provides onsite experimentation and conversion optimization for the T2 Tea Australia ecommerce experience.
The deployment was a client-side implementation of Convertize scripts on the public storefront, enabling A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and visitor segmentation workflows. Configuration emphasis included page level targeting, variant control, and an experiment management dashboard for authoring and scheduling tests.
Operational coverage focused on the ecommerce site and supporting digital marketing and merchandising functions, with experiment ownership held by the online trading and marketing teams. The implementation used page scripting and event tagging to capture experiment events and feed Convertize reporting, preserving existing analytics flows without naming upstream analytics vendors.
Governance included standardized experiment QA and a test prioritization cadence to align experiments with campaign and merchandising calendars. Change control and rollout practices were applied at the page level to manage variant exposure and ensure production stability during live experiments.
