Zenvia Legacy Zenvia Service Moviedesk Customer Support CRM n/a 2018 2019
In 2018 Tabmedia Brazil began testing Zenvia Service Moviedesk to simplify and accelerate customer support reporting and ticket workflows in São Paulo, Brazil. Tests started in late 2018 and the platform went live by early 2019, establishing a centralized support application for the company. The deployment centered on the ticketing and helpdesk capabilities of Zenvia Service Moviedesk, with configuration of case routing, status workflows, and reporting dashboards to compress manual reporting steps. The Zenvia Service Moviedesk Customer Support implementation consolidated customer channels into a single system, enabling structured ticket lifecycle management and faster access to operational data. Rollout focused on the customer support team in São Paulo with phased testing followed by production cutover in early 2019, and local governance around ticket handling and reporting cadence. Report generation time was reduced from a day to about an hour, and Tabmedia reported 98% customer satisfaction after the implementation.
