Operational integration included connection to the company financial system Microsoft Dynamics GP to ensure invoice posting and vendor record alignment between AP automation and the ERP system. The deployment covered corporate finance and accounts payable operations, and extended to location-level document flows for franchise sites and HR paperwork, enabling centralized capture with decentralized approvals.
