Operational tooling around the POS environment included Timeteq for rostering and scheduling and staff completed Myer induction training on Myer POS and Myer safety processes when operating within Myer concessions. The deployment covered store managers and sales associates and directly impacted business functions including store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management and store finance. Governance and process changes emphasized daily KPI monitoring and budgeting, with KPIs including average units per transaction, percent of budget, average sales per hour and average sales per transaction incorporated into store routines. The rollout reinforced role level capabilities in reconciliation, stock control and voucher processing while relying on standard office productivity skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook for reporting and communications.
