Talos Energy coordinated with external consultants to install, configure and test the OGSYS accounting software, manage chart of accounts harmonization and execute entity cutover sequencing, with operational ownership placed with finance and accounting and governance focused on configuration approvals and transaction controls across the eight legal entities.
