Velosi Asset Integrity Ltd Legacy Velosi VAIL-PLANT Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Velosi Asset Integrity Ltd implemented Velosi VAIL-PLANT for Tanap as an Enterprise Asset Management solution. The engagement delivered an Asset Integrity Management System for onshore and offshore TANAP assets focused on the 1850 km Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline that carries gas from Azerbaijan through Turkey and onward to Europe, with an explicit objective to manage operational risk and establish a continuous threat management program to help prolong asset life beyond the intended 25 year design life. The implementation of Velosi VAIL-PLANT included core software modules aligned to pipeline and fixed plant integrity workflows, including PEMS Pressurized Equipment Management System, PIMSON Pipeline Integrity Management System for onshore assets, PSVMS Pressure Safety Valves Integrity Management System, and ISMS Inspection Schedule Management System. Configuration emphasized inspection scheduling, prioritization and execution, database management and structured data collection to support Risk Based Inspection and defect assessment processes. Integrations were delivered to connect the Asset Integrity Management Software with Tanap SAP, GIS and Envision systems to enable coordinated planning and spatially aware inspection execution. The scope of work covered an onshore Phase 0 delivery of 1350 km of pipeline, station fixed equipment, corrosion monitoring and control activities, and development of inspection drawings and site level inspection plans. Governance and operationalization included establishment of a comprehensive RBI program, remnant life assessment, defect assessment, failure rate and risk allocation outputs, FMECA study and maintenance planning for PSVs, Written Schemes of Examination, and Standard Operating Procedures and Asset Integrity Management documentation. AIMS training for RBI was provided to Tanap personnel as part of the VAIL-PLANT implementation and handover of the Asset Integrity Management System deliverables.

Darzin Software Legacy Darzin Stakeholder CRM CRM and Investor Relationship Management Investment Management n/a 2013 2015
In 2013, Tanap implemented Darzin Stakeholder CRM to manage community consultation and grievance management across the Trans-Anatolian pipeline route in Turkey. Darzin Stakeholder CRM, a CRM and Investor Relationship Management application, was used to document feedback from over 4,000 stakeholders during the ESIA and planning phases. Darzin Stakeholder CRM was configured to capture structured stakeholder records and to support consultation scheduling, grievance case management, and audit-ready documentation, aligning with standard CRM and Investor Relationship Management capabilities. The implementation emphasized a centralized stakeholder registry and timestamped grievance logs to preserve consultation evidence required during permitting and planning. As the project entered construction in 2015, Darzin licences were provisioned for construction contractors to ensure consistent stakeholder data and grievance handling across multiple contractor organizations. Operational coverage extended beyond TANAP community relations teams to contractor social performance teams along the pipeline alignment, maintaining a single source of record for stakeholder interactions. Governance was organized around standardized grievance workflows, shared access controls and role-based permissions to maintain data consistency and traceability across project phases. Handover processes between ESIA, planning, and construction phases were formalized to keep stakeholder records synchronized as license footprints expanded.
