The engagement began in April 2018 and continues in production, targeting procurement to pay automation and cash receipts processing for the Titan Gold Exchange program.
The implementation delivered custom forms development and report customization alongside Oracle standard interfaces to create standard purchase orders and receipt processing. Payables automation was implemented through Payables Open Interface imports and standard invoice creation processes, with LDT generation and value set creation used to control transactional data and validation.
The technical environment included Windows NT and UNIX hosts running Oracle Applications R12 on Oracle 11g. Bulk data integration and uploads were executed using SQL*Loader control programs and PL/SQL validation scripts, with FTP scripts supporting flat file movement. Functional coverage explicitly included Accounts Payables, receiving transaction processing, and import routines for standard purchase orders.
Governance and operationalization was handled through registration of concurrent programs, executables, request groups and request sets, plus preparation of technical documentation for developed components.
