Operational integration included endpoint support across Windows, Mac, and iOS client environments and support within the Micros POS environment, with IT staff providing troubleshooting for workstation and peripheral issues. The IT team also managed companywide hardware and software inventory for corporate and venue sites, and led a separate telephony rollout that combined SIP trunking and Teams Calling technologies to standardize voice communications across locations. Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, with the IT team participating in the development and implementation of a new Help Desk system to centralize incident and change management for Oracle Simphony related tickets. Vendor and service provider relationships were managed to coordinate ongoing support, inventory control, and operational handoffs between venues and corporate IT.
