In 2022, TapNation integrated GameAnalytics, including PipelineIQ Pro, to standardize event tracking and centralize ingestion as part of an Analytics and BI implementation. The rollout targeted product analytics, user acquisition and monetization workflows and was applied across TapNation operations in Paris France and its portfolio of 19 hit games.
The implementation established a standardized event taxonomy and centralized ingestion pipeline using GameAnalytics, enabling consistent instrumentation across mobile SDK event streams and backend telemetry. Functional capabilities configured included product analytics dashboards, UA cohort analysis, monetization reporting and pipeline monitoring to support health reporting and crash investigations.
Operational coverage included product, UA, monetization and engineering teams, with GameAnalytics used as the single source for event-level data and operational alerts. The setup centralized ingestion to accelerate debugging and health triage, and supported cross-functional reporting for roadmap and live-ops decisions.
Governance changes included formalizing event taxonomy and a cross-team reporting cadence to maintain data quality and schema enforcement. The data-driven configuration of GameAnalytics contributed to faster health reporting and crash investigations and was reported to coincide with approximately 50 percent increase in LTV across 19 hit games within six months.
