In 2021 Target Group implemented the ClickLearn Platform to support Digital Adoption across its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations footprint. The implementation was positioned to produce standardized training and documentation assets that aligned with the ERP program and enterprise compliance requirements.
The ClickLearn Platform was configured to deliver core digital adoption capabilities, including automated content capture and documentation authoring, interactive guided walkthroughs, and structured training packages for end users. Instructional outputs were prepared for both instructor led sessions and remote delivery, reflecting the use of ClickLearn to create detailed training materials and documentation for operational teams.
Integration work explicitly included producing ClickLearn content for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, enabling contextual step by step guidance embedded alongside ERP transactions. Operational coverage focused on IT, Finance, HR, and Operations teams, with content tailored to financial reporting, audit and compliance workflows and to support post go live end user proficiency.
Governance and rollout were driven by a project management approach that coordinated senior stakeholders and department heads, delivered regular progress reporting, and applied risk mitigation to protect scope and timelines. ClickLearn Platform outputs were used as part of training delivery, and the documentation created with ClickLearn helped drive user adoption and system proficiency while supporting process reviews that reduced financial close cycle times and improved operational efficiency.

In 2018 Target Group integrated Fujitsu Interstage Business Process Manager into its core consumer finance software Target, deploying Fujitsu Interstage as a Process Mining solution to add runtime process visibility and orchestration capabilities. The integration was positioned to deliver business process management flexibility within Target Group's product suite used by banks, finance houses and utility providers.
Implementation centered on embedding process definition and flow modification capabilities so clients could change process flows without code changes, combining Fujitsu Interstage with Target's proven task oriented components. Functional capabilities implemented include process orchestration, automated task routing, configurable workflows and a clear audit trail to support compliance with increasingly complex consumer finance legislation.
The deployment integrated directly with Target's core consumer finance software and exposed process control to client administrators, enabling end users in mortgage and unsecured loan origination, customer accounts servicing and debt management to adopt best practice applications out of the box. Operational coverage encompassed Target Group's blue chip client base and its United Kingdom offices, embedding Process Mining and BPM controls into customer facing and servicing workflows.
Governance was designed to keep customization in process configuration rather than code, allowing clients to maintain auditability and regulatory compliance while modifying flows. Target Group positioned the Fujitsu Interstage Business Process Manager to help clients become more efficient, drive down operational costs and improve margins by making best practice process templates quickly available.
