In 2016, Tassal implemented Zoho CRM Plus to consolidate customer data and to plan and track sales visits. Tassal implemented Zoho CRM Plus as its CRM,Sales Engagement platform to centralize customer and account records used by field sales and customer service teams.
The Zoho CRM Plus deployment configured core modules for contact and account management, opportunity and pipeline tracking, scheduled sales visit planning and mobile field access, and sales engagement capabilities such as email tracking and activity logging. Configuration emphasized unified customer profiles and visit histories to support account-based selling and structured sales activity capture.
Squirrel Business Hub led the implementation, delivering the cloud-hosted Zoho CRM Plus instance and aligning system workflows with Tassal’s commercial and distributor account processes. The rollout instrumented visit scheduling, sales activity capture, and centralized reporting to provide operational visibility for sales and customer operations.
Governance included standardized data capture rules, structured activity logging for sales visits, and a controlled rollout overseen by Squirrel Business Hub to drive adoption. The initiative consolidated customer data and enabled Tassal to plan and track sales visits using Zoho CRM Plus.
