Coverage included offshore finance resources and onshore stakeholders, with the implementation aligning day to day AR operations to the new platform and handoffs between sites.
Governance changes included redefining standard operating procedures and service level agreements after the FIS GETPAID go live, and balancing ongoing AR volumes with the implementation workload during rollout.
