In 2015 Taylor Wimpey Logistics went live on Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) as an ERP Financial implementation. The project was delivered by Inixion and concluded with a go-live described by the integrator as on plan, on budget, on time.
The implementation centered on sales order processing and core financial controls, with Sage Business Cloud X3 configured to support order-to-cash workflows and general ledger posting across the logistics business. Functional configuration emphasized accounts receivable and ledger integration to align transactional sales data with financial close processes.
A centralized Sage Business Cloud X3 instance was provisioned to consolidate financial and order processing for Taylor Wimpey Logistics, with role based access controls applied for finance and operations teams. The deployment architecture supported transaction processing for logistics and commercial teams, and configuration workstreams covered financial chart of accounts, tax rules, and sales order validation logic consistent with ERP Financial requirements.
Inixion retained implementation ownership through cutover and go-live activities, delivering project governance and operational handover for Taylor Wimpey Logistics. The go-live made sales order processing live on Sage Business Cloud X3 and established the application as the principal ERP Financial platform for the supported business functions.

| COINS Global | Legacy | COINS ERP | Construction ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Taylor Wimpey Logistics implemented COINS ERP as its Construction ERP platform. The COINS ERP implementation was delivered under a formal project structure from February 2012 to June 2013, with project management reporting to the CIO and a Project Steering Committee while monitoring milestones, progress, risks, and issues.
The implementation centered on financial and project accounting workflows within COINS ERP, plus expense management and payroll interfacing capabilities aligned to construction finance and project controls. During a later interim assignment the team produced statutory accounts for six group entities under new UK GAAP FRS101 and introduced a new expenses policy and template, which reduced processing time by more than three days per month.
Technical and operational integration work included delivering a payroll interface linking Ceridian payroll into COINS ERP, and establishing application support and BAU operations. An in-house application support team was created using ITIL principles to manage incident, problem, and support handover, enabling ongoing operational coverage across the affected business unit and group entities.
Governance emphasized tight oversight and transition management, with the project manager responsible for troubleshooting business, data, and technology implementation issues and for coordinating the transition of people, process, and technology. The program documented a formal BAU handover and recorded successful remediation of a previously failing payroll interface project, while embedding COINS ERP as the core Construction ERP for finance and project operations.
