In 2016, TDC Group implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to deliver Oracle Cloud Finance capabilities as an ERP Financial deployment at TDC Copenhagen. The effort concentrated on establishing cloud-based financial processing and reporting for the Copenhagen finance organization and aligning finance workflows with cloud application patterns.
The implementation included a formal data migration program where the data migration lead delivered the migration strategy, covering data mapping, staging, cleansing, and validation to populate Oracle Cloud ERP financial ledgers and subledger records. An outbound interface layer was implemented using HCM extracts and OTBI reports, enabling HR and workforce data to feed accounting and financial reporting processes within Oracle Cloud ERP.
Operational coverage emphasized core finance and close activities at the Copenhagen site, integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with HCM extract feeds and OTBI reporting outputs for downstream analytics and interface consumption. Governance focused on migration control and interface orchestration, with configuration management and data validation gates to support ongoing financial operations and reporting.

In 2021, TDC Group deployed Optimizely Intelligence Cloud on their website to centralize Marketing Analytics for web and digital marketing functions. TDC Group implemented Optimizely Intelligence Cloud to provide a single analytics layer that maps visitor behavior to marketing decisioning and web experience ownership.
The implementation emphasized Marketing Analytics capabilities common to the category, including event level behavioral tracking, experiment telemetry and correlation, visitor segmentation, funnel analysis and real time reporting. Optimizely Intelligence Cloud was configured to capture page and event level data and to surface cohort and session views for marketing and product stakeholders.
The application runs on TDC Group's public website and is instrumented through site tagging and server side event capture to populate the Optimizely Intelligence Cloud data layer. Operational coverage targeted web product teams and the central marketing organization, with initial scope focused on campaign landing zones and core customer journeys.
Governance centered on a standardized event taxonomy, test governance for experimentation and a phased rollout of tags and dashboards across site properties, aligning analytics ownership with marketing and web operations. Implementation narratives emphasize architecture for instrumentation, analytics configuration and governance rather than downstream system integrations.

In 2012, TDC Group deployed FINCAD Analytics to support Risk Management activities within its corporate treasury. FINCAD Analytics is operated inside the Microsoft Excel® environment by six members of the treasury department and serves as the primary tool for valuing and running risk on derivatives and fixed income portfolios. The implementation positioned FINCAD Analytics Suite for treasury valuation workflows and risk reporting across instrument-level portfolios.
Operationally the deployment centralizes valuation and risk analytics, using FINCAD Analytics capabilities for instrument pricing, valuation chains, sensitivity analysis, and time series valuation consistent with Risk Management functionality. Integration is limited to the Microsoft Excel® front end, which the treasury team uses for model configuration, scenario runs, and spreadsheet-based reporting. Governance and day-to-day operation remain within the treasury group, with the six-person team controlling model inputs, execution of valuation runs, and downstream risk outputs for fixed income and derivatives books.
