| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle WebCenter Accounts Payable | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Triton Health System implemented Oracle WebCenter Accounts Payable as a central component of its AP Automation initiative. The Oracle WebCenter Accounts Payable deployment was coordinated alongside PeopleSoft 9.2 Phase I and Phase II upgrades, positioning the AP system within a broader enterprise finance modernization effort.
The implementation emphasized invoice capture and automated invoice workflow through WebCenter Invoice Automation, and was configured to support eProcurement and Service Procurement processes. TaxWare implementation was incorporated to centralize tax calculation and compliance for payable transactions, while standard AP Automation capabilities such as automated routing, exception handling, and invoice-to-purchase order reconciliation were applied across configured modules.
Integrations were executed with on-premises ERP components, including PeopleSoft 9.2 for posting and financial control, and with banking payment channels through JP Morgan Chase Fed wire and Citibank project work for electronic funds disbursement. The program also included telecom expense system change activity, migrating telecom expense management from Tango to Calero, and linked procurement and treasury touchpoints to the AP platform to unify invoice, payment, and cost allocation flows.
Governance and rollout followed a phased approach consistent with the PeopleSoft upgrades, with process improvement efforts such as the Discount Term Greenbelt Initiative to capture payment term efficiencies and a Client Id Marketing Initiative to rationalize vendor identifiers. Operational ownership centered in Accounts Payable and Procurement, with the implementation shaping invoice processing, tax processing, payment execution, and vendor master governance within Triton Health System.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2021 |
In 2019 Triton Health System implemented Workday Absence Management to standardize leave administration across its 16070 employee base in the United States, deploying a cloud SaaS application focused on Absence and Leave Management. The implementation was led operationally by a Senior Systems Analyst who oversaw installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance, approved system scope and information systems designs, and acted as the systems expert resolving complex configuration and business process issues.
Workday Absence Management was configured to support core absence plan definitions, leave types, accrual rules, eligibility rules, absence request and manager approval workflows, and absence balance calculations, consistent with typical Absence and Leave Management functional modules. Security roles and business process framework were established in Workday to control employee and manager access, and technical documentation and flow charts were produced to guide end users and support teams.
Operational coverage emphasized alignment with HR, payroll, time tracking and compensation processes as noted in the implementation skillset, with data and process alignment between absence administration and core HR records to ensure accurate eligibility and pay-related calculations. Reporting and compliance capabilities were configured to deliver absence metrics and audit trails to HR and benefits teams across Triton Health System.
Governance and rollout responsibilities were centered on the Senior Systems Analyst role, which managed project planning, cost estimation input, approvals of system logic changes, coaching of junior staff, and formalization of procedures for system operation and maintenance. Change control and documentation updates were enforced as part of the ongoing support model to maintain business process consistency and system integrity.
