Sterling Background Check was operated through a SterlingOne/CRC Background Check admin user model, with explicit responsibilities for user management, training, dashboard reporting and serving as the primary point of contact. The deployment included administrative handling of background check configuration, candidate status dashboards and operational training to remote recruiter teams, reflecting standard BackGround Screening functional capabilities such as candidate screening orchestration and results reporting.
Operationally the background screening workflows were tightly coordinated with Talent Acquisition systems, TeamHealth’s CareerBuilder ATS for candidate lifecycle management and with SkillSurvey Reference Check for non-clinical reference collection and import file management. The narrative identifies an administrative boundary where Sterling Background Check and SkillSurvey reference workflows were handled by designated admin users, and CareerBuilder served as the authoritative source for openings and candidate records used to trigger screening events.
Governance and process responsibilities were centralized with the Manager, HR/Recruiting Services who managed remote recruiters and acted as the operational lead for SterlingOne/CRC administration. Governance activities included user provisioning, training cadence for recruiting staff, dashboard-based reporting to HR teams and documented points of contact for escalation, embedding the Sterling Background Check application into TeamHealth’s HR and recruiting operating model.
