Teamwork Commerce is a United States retail technology provider with a 200 person workforce offering a native omnichannel order management and point of sale platform with centralized analytics and cloud native mobile capabilities. ShippyPro was connected to Teamwork Commerce order management, inventory management and POS workflows to provide shipping orchestration, label generation, carrier rate comparison, tracking updates and shipment status synchronization. The ShippyPro integration enabled automated fulfillment handoffs from order capture to carrier booking and supported standard Shipping Management functional flows such as shipment creation, tracking reconciliation and carrier selection. The deployment leveraged Teamwork Commerce's integration ecosystem, incorporating ShippyPro alongside Apple, Ayden, Avalara, Big Commerce, Epson, Looker, Magento, Mailchimp, Salesforce CC, Shipstation and TSYS to maintain end to end order to delivery connectivity. Client governance and operational rollout were managed by Client Success Managers who served as primary points of contact, ensured TSA and SOW commitments were executed, and managed both standard support and hyper care across US and international retail accounts.
