In 2022, TecAlliance implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial platform to standardize finance and transaction processes across its global automotive aftermarket data services. TecAlliance is a global data service provider for parts manufacturers, wholesalers and workshops, and the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment was executed to consolidate purchasing, accounting, controlling, sales and project management workflows under a single cloud accessible application.
The implementation emphasized core modules and low customization, with functionality configured for finance, purchasing, project management, sales order processing and contract management including a bespoke capability to display and automatically extend term contracts. TecAlliance and partner Arineo applied a minimum viable product approach with under 200 hours of development at go-live and cumulative development remaining below 500 hours one year after launch, reflecting a strategic decision to stay close to the Dynamics standard.
The solution architecture leveraged Microsoft cloud services and was integrated with existing Microsoft assets, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations instance connecting to Dynamics 365 Sales, Azure DevOps for delivery orchestration and Microsoft Teams for remote collaboration during implementation. Deployment was browser based to support global access, and the rollout covered TecAlliance Deutschland GmbH, oneIDentity+ GmbH, Caruso GmbH, TecAlliance Netherlands and two Spanish companies, with further international phases planned.
Governance workstreams focused on process harmonization and approval flows so business processes were adapted to fit system standards where practical, while targeted development addressed gaps such as automated contract extension. Reported outcomes in the deployment narrative include accelerated customer-facing processes, greater transparency in purchasing and order handling, and faster detection of transactional errors, and TecAlliance is extending the Dynamics footprint with Dynamics 365 Commerce and Dynamics 365 Human Resources integrations.

In 2020, TecAlliance began a project to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Employee Self Service as part of a broader Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources deployment to harmonize HR and employee processes across its ERP and CRM landscape. Project work began in 2020 and the initial phased rollout went live in January 2021 in Germany, establishing the timeline for continental execution and early operational validation.
The implementation configured core Employee Self Service capabilities within Dynamics 365 Human Resources, delivering a self-service portal for employee profile management, absence and time off requests, and HR case interactions consistent with Employee Self Service functional patterns. Arineo served as the system integrator, performing configuration, role based security alignment, and workflow automation to map employee and HR process flows into Dynamics 365 modules.
This Microsoft Dynamics 365 Employee Self Service deployment was executed as part of an ERP and CRM harmonization, aligning HR master data and transactional touchpoints with the broader Dynamics 365 suite to reduce data friction across HR and business systems. Operational scope covered HR and employee-facing functions across TecAlliance global operations, with Germany as the initial site for rollout and stabilization.
Governance centered on centralized configuration standards, phased rollout governance and role based access control to support progressive adoption across regions. The project delivered faster processes and improved employee and HR efficiency as reported following the January 2021 German rollout.

In 2017, TecAlliance implemented Microsoft 365 for Collaboration. The implementation centralized core collaboration services under Microsoft 365 for the professional services firm, which operates with approximately 900 employees.
Microsoft 365 was configured to provide standard collaboration modules including Exchange Online for enterprise email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document management, Microsoft Teams for real time communication, OneDrive for personal file sync, and Office desktop and web applications. Identity and access management was provisioned through Azure Active Directory to control user authentication and conditional access, while SharePoint site provisioning and Teams templates were used to standardize team and project spaces. Information architecture focused on document lifecycle, permissions taxonomy, and content classification to support cross functional collaboration.
The company publicly references Microsoft 365 on its website, indicating platform adoption beyond internal proof of concept. Operational coverage was enterprise wide, supporting core business functions such as operations, product content management, and corporate communications, with integration points focused on email routing, calendar synchronization, and internal content sharing within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Governance centered on tenant level policies, role based access, retention and sharing controls, and a centralized provisioning model to manage site and Team lifecycles. Ongoing administration and user support were organized to enforce information governance and secure collaboration practices within Microsoft 365.
