Operational coverage centered on fulfillment and customer support processes, eliminating manual label purchases and reducing support tickets about shipment status while enabling international shipments without separate carrier integrations. Governance and rollout were developer led, with Teespring engineers integrating the APIs in a matter of days and running hundreds of thousands of packages per month through the service.
