In 2022, Telmore implemented eloomi Performance Management to support HR-led people development, onboarding and structured 1:1s through its MyCareer program. The deployment aligned with the Performance and Goal Management category and was used to capture performance, manager feedback and individual development tracking across Telmore Denmark.
The implementation configured eloomi Performance Management modules for performance tracking, manager feedback workflows, development planning and onboarding workflows, with structured 1:1 templates mapped to the MyCareer program. Configuration emphasized role-based access and lightweight manager-employee feedback loops appropriate for an 80-employee communications organization.
Operational ownership rested with HR, which embedded eloomi Performance Management into regular review cycles, onboarding processes and career path conversations, and line managers used the platform to document feedback and development actions. Telmore reported increases in employee engagement and clearer visibility of career paths as outcomes from using the solution.
