Integrations included support and user enablement for the Chrome River expense report system, with the Oracle E-Business Suite environment responsible for reconciliations and functional validation of expense data flows. Operational coverage for application support was global, reflecting Tetra Techs presence across more than 450 locations, and the role was structured as remote support aligned to East Coast hours to service distributed finance and project accounting teams.
Governance and operational processes emphasized ticket management, triage and escalation protocols within the Oracle E-Business Suite support team, and accountability for follow through on escalations and team-owned activities. The implementation included eligibility and premium payment process redesign for the international benefits program, electronic filing for benefit related correspondence, and development of new reports, processes and suspension workflows to support Annual Enrollment operationalization.
Operational integrations and coverage included day to day linkage with the Cherwell help desk for employee inquiries and a coordinated working model between carrier administration and IT for process design and action planning. Routine operational capabilities implemented in Oracle E-Business Suite Benefits included tracking and resolution of employee claim issues, daily enrollment tracking and mid-year changes, collection of employee milestone data, handling child support court orders, and corporate offsite record retention oversight.
Governance and rollout activities were led from the corporate benefits function, with documentation of lessons learned translated into a project plan and training for new team members on daily transactional tasks. Reported outcomes explicitly included Annual Enrollment 2018 achieving complete sign off and launch on the projected start date and implementation of methods that improved accuracy and efficiency while supporting international growth in Benefits Administration.

The Equifax CaseBuilder Platform was put into operational use to handle unemployment insurance and disability insurance claims, and it was operated by HR administrators supporting eight operating units in the United States Government Division totaling approximately 1,500 employees while also supporting HR teams that served roughly 17,000 employees across the company.
Equifax CaseBuilder Platform provided standard case management capabilities, including case intake, workflow routing, document capture and retention, activity tracking, correspondence logging, and audit trail functionality. HR staff used the Equifax CaseBuilder Platform to intake claims, assemble evidentiary documents, log case notes and status updates, and coordinate regulatory correspondence in parallel with leave administration activities such as FMLA, CFRA, PDL and medical leave.
The platform operated alongside Oracle Taleo Cloud Service for recruitment workflows and Oracle HRIS and Tetra Tech application software for HRIS reporting and employee lifecycle changes, with Equifax CaseBuilder Platform acting as the central case tracking and claims response engine for unemployment and disability matters. Operational governance rested with HR administrators based in Pasadena, CA, and with HR teams responsible for benefits, compliance and leave administration, who used the Equifax CaseBuilder Platform to standardize case handling and maintain audit-ready records.
