Governance and process changes emphasized centralized vendor documentation and systematic onboarding for acquisitions, including setting up newly acquired Tucson property management accounts in Propertyware, reviewing management contracts for correct management fees, and establishing a new filing system for the Caliber CFO. Routine task ownership was formalized through scheduled check runs, scanned record retention in a shared folder, and hardcopy binders for compliance and audit readiness.
