In 2022, TGCC selected ERP Divalto infinity via Pegase Expert to manage payroll and chantier level analytics. The deployment targeted ERP Financial functions to centralize payroll processing and project costing across TGCC operations in Morocco.
Implementation centered on the ERP Divalto infinity payroll module and its analytic by project capabilities, configured to capture chantier level labor and cost allocations. Configuration included payroll automation, pay run sequencing, and project cost reporting to support finance and project management workflows.
Pegase Expert served as the system integrator and led configuration, testing, and rollout activities, aligning the application with TGCC payroll data sources and project accounting processes. Operational coverage extended across payroll, finance, and project control teams within TGCC sites in Morocco.
The engagement delivered explicit outcomes for payroll and project analytics, with payroll processing time reduced by about threefold according to the Pegase case note, and clearer project costing through analytic by project reporting. TGCC continues to operate ERP Divalto infinity as its ERP Financial platform for payroll and chantier level analytics.
