Integrations and operational automation included NACHA formatted student refund file generation for ACH and a custom check file, BAI implementation for prior day Bank Statement Processing to automate accounts payable to bank reconciliation, and configuration of the PeopleSoft Banking module with system mappings to create a consolidated Payment Manager file as part of the Procure to Pay Wells Fargo Bank Replacement Project. The program also configured and managed Jaggaer Contract Management, supported nVision reporting, and coordinated interactions with Wells Fargo and SunTrust banking systems and Cascade CMS for Controller's office reporting. Governance and rollout activities encompassed writing functional and technical specs, leading TEST and UAT test script execution, coordinating multiple vendors for file generation and transmission, and ongoing responsibility for managing and troubleshooting issues across all Financial Applications.
