The program included hands on data conversion and production instance configuration, with data migration of Customers, Accounts Receivable transactions, General Ledger journals, Assets, Suppliers, and bank accounts. An offshore team of two resources was led for Acceptance Testing instance configuration, and client users were trained on data conversion activities for GL, FA, customers, invoices, and receipts, followed by go live and production support.
Governance processes included structured CRP and UAT phases, formal production cutover configuration, and training driven acceptance workflows to align finance operations to the new Oracle Cloud ERP environment. Frontera Consulting provisioned operational oversight and project delivery responsibilities throughout the rollout, maintaining configuration continuity from CRP through production support.
