Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP Frontera Consulting 2015 2016
In 2015 THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS deployed Oracle Cloud ERP as an ERP Financial solution, executing a global rollout from July 2015 to August 2016 across more than 20 countries in EMEA and Asia, including 4 European countries, 6 African countries, and 11 Asian countries. The engagement covered end to end deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP to support core finance and accounting functions across the institute. Frontera Consulting led requirements gathering and solution design and delivered configuration and Conference Room Pilot instances for the UK, Nigeria, and Sri Lanka, followed by CRP execution and User Acceptance Testing. The deployment implemented Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Fusion Tax, and included configuration for VAT, GST sales tax, and withholding tax with complex compound tax and inclusive tax scenarios. The program included hands on data conversion and production instance configuration, with data migration of Customers, Accounts Receivable transactions, General Ledger journals, Assets, Suppliers, and bank accounts. An offshore team of two resources was led for Acceptance Testing instance configuration, and client users were trained on data conversion activities for GL, FA, customers, invoices, and receipts, followed by go live and production support. Governance processes included structured CRP and UAT phases, formal production cutover configuration, and training driven acceptance workflows to align finance operations to the new Oracle Cloud ERP environment. Frontera Consulting provisioned operational oversight and project delivery responsibilities throughout the rollout, maintaining configuration continuity from CRP through production support.

Oracle Legacy Oracle OBIEE Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS implemented Oracle OBIEE. The deployment positioned Oracle OBIEE as the enterprise Analytics and BI platform to centralize reporting, dashboarding, and ad hoc analysis across the organization. The implementation leveraged core Oracle OBIEE components including the BI Server, Presentation Services, repository metadata, and BI Publisher for scheduled and formatted reporting. Functionally the system delivered interactive dashboards, ad hoc analysis, a governed report catalog, and role-based report distribution to support management accounting and operational reporting workflows. Governance focused on a curated metadata catalog, role-based access control, and standardized publishing processes to enforce consistency in management accounting outputs. Oracle OBIEE served as the authoritative Analytics and BI layer, centralizing report definitions and enabling self-service analysis for reporting and business intelligence functions.
