Operational coverage extended across billing staff, the Controller function, human resources, and senior management, with the consultant preparing monthly departmental result reports and working with HR to implement an automated payroll entry process into Fund EZ Accounting. Outcomes recorded during the consultant engagement included a 60 percent increase in collections of aging accounts receivable balances and improved internal reporting and controls for revenue and receivables management.
