IgniteTech Computron was configured to support treasury activities including investment portfolio visibility and routine journal automation, and to enforce staff financial delegations used in payment approvals.
The implementation integrated IgniteTech Computron with existing council systems including Computron Financials, Property & Rating TechOne, Magiq, Kofax, RapidAP, FlexiCapture, Objective ECM and CommBiz, and relied on Office applications for analysis and user workflows. Document capture and AP imaging were instrumented through Kofax and FlexiCapture feeding RapidAP and the ERP, while Objective ECM and Magiq provided document retention and retrieval; CommBiz was administered for bank connectivity and payment user management.
