The implementation supported reconciliation processes for unidentified transactions with major retail partners including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, and Dick Smith. Governance and process changes formalised AP processing, expense reimbursement procedures, commission settlement cycles and regular cash flow and balance reporting to Head Office. Financial control routines were embedded in Oracle NetSuite ERP to support monthly BAS reporting and annual schedules, aligning finance, sales and payroll functions under the ERP Financial platform.

Operational coverage included in-store mobile clients and a centralized Support Centre instance, aligning store operations, merchandising, inventory management and supply chain planning under the Oracle Retail (ex Retek) suite. Governance and rollout followed a centralized model with configuration controls for master data, promotions and replenishment processes, and the RIB layer used to standardize transactional flows between stores and the support hub.
