The server estate runs mixed Windows Server versions including 2012, 2008 R2, 2008 Standard, and Server 2003 for legacy timekeeping, and standard IT services include ESET endpoint protection, Veeam backups, and email hosted on Office365 across 60 accounts.
Infrastructure and operational governance remained in house, with IT maintaining VMware servers across the five warehouse locations, managing MPLS remote access, administering backups and endpoint security, and supporting printers, copiers, and a Mitel VoIP phone system.
