The program began with an assessment of KVK's existing ATS Talentsoft and validation of the Visma Raet HR platform against recruitment requirements, consulting both Recruitment and HRIT teams to capture the full set of demands and wishes for the desired ATS. Configurations centered on recruitment data models, requisition and candidate lifecycle workflows, candidate data synchronization and the technical integration layer used to exchange records between the ATS, VMS and Visma Raet HR.
Integrations were implemented to enable bi-directional data flow between the ATS, the VMS and the Visma Raet HR e-HRM platform, with tooling selected and implemented to map and transform recruitment and hire events into the central Core HR system. Operational coverage explicitly included the Recruitment function and HRIT stakeholders, with project management overseeing testing cycles, cutover sequencing and adoption activities across those teams.
Governance workstream activity included redesigning and optimizing recruitment processes to align with the new tooling, formalizing requirements into change control artefacts and delivering role-based training to support adoption. Project management and testing disciplines were applied throughout rollout to coordinate the ATS, VMS, career site and integration deployments into Visma Raet HR.
