The deployment used QuadraNet Reservations RESv5 with explicit reservation and bookings modules plus an SMS integration for confirmations. Automated SMS reminders and confirmation workflows were configured to trigger on booking creation and pre arrival windows, embedding guest communications and booking status updates into the reservations lifecycle. Integration with Boomerang SMS confirmation delivered the messaging channel for confirmations and reminders, and the rollout targeted restaurant and table booking operations across the property group in the United Kingdom. The SMS automation reportedly increased response rates to about 82 percent and produced vendor cited savings of more than £1,000 per month, while materially reducing the volume of manual confirmation calls handled by reservations staff.
