| Kantata | Legacy | Kantata Mavenlink PSA | Professional Services Automation | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Elite implemented Kantata Mavenlink PSA as part of a multi-phase professional services optimization initiative, centralizing project and customer service operations. The implementation used the cloud-native Kantata Professional Services Cloud and aligned with the Professional Services Automation category to establish a single source of truth for project, resource, and partner management.
Kantata Mavenlink PSA was configured to deliver core PSA capabilities including project management, resource allocation, time tracking, billing orchestration, reporting, and live dashboarding. Configuration choices emphasized carrying over only active projects, simplifying project workflows, and redefining the time tracking structure, while automation was applied to month-end closing and billing processes to reduce administrative overhead.
The deployment leveraged Kantata’s native build on the Salesforce platform to integrate sales, delivery, and support workflows, creating a live operational view across customer journeys and support tickets. Data was consolidated in the Kantata Cloud to eliminate departmental silos and provide real-time, end-to-end visibility for leadership, sales teams, project managers, and ongoing service and support channels.
Governance and rollout were phased to mitigate change fatigue, with strict scope controls, defined system usage standards, and a focus on user acceptance and behavior change rather than broad data migration. Early outcomes reported by Elite included a 15% increase in customer-facing activity, a greater than 4 week reduction in monthly billing cycles, and improved decision-making driven by live dashboards.

In 2016, Elite implemented Microsoft Power BI to centralize analytics and reporting across its On-Prem and cloud data estates. The deployment supported Analytics and BI use cases and was led by the DataOps team lead who acted as the escalation point for all data issues and resolved data incidents using Microsoft SQL Server.
Microsoft Power BI was configured to deliver semantic data models, enterprise dashboards, and ad hoc analytical reports for master data analysis, with data preparation and modeling performed against SQL Server sources. Deployment workflows followed a Scrum Agile methodology, with multiple backlogs managed in Microsoft Team Foundation Server to coordinate iterative releases and packaging for a Products internal instance.
The implementation included an explicit Salesforce integration project led by the same team to surface CRM signals into Microsoft Power BI, and it was operated across On-Prem and cloud servers with active monitoring to ensure hardware, operating system, and procedures aligned with organizational standards. Operational scope covered DataOps, Product management, analytics and business analyst functions, with governance enforced through the DataOps escalation point, TFS backlog control, and server monitoring procedures.
