In 2015, Ticket Evolution implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The deployment designated Oracle NetSuite ERP as the companys ERP Financial backbone to centralize finance and accounting activities and to provide a single source for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing workflows.
Configuration work focused on standard ERP Financial capabilities, including chart of accounts design aligned to ticketing revenue streams, accounts receivable invoicing and collections workflows, accounts payable automation, billing and consolidated financial reporting. The implementation included automation of month end close tasks and configuration of revenue recognition rules consistent with ticketing sales and event billing patterns.
The rollout was executed as a cloud first provision of financial systems, with governance controls established through role based access controls, documented accounting procedures and end user training for finance and accounting staff. Ticket Evolution Oracle NetSuite ERP now serves finance and accounting business functions, centralizing transactional processing and financial reporting for the small media company.
