In 2024 TicketSwap implemented Leapsome Compensation Management to centralize performance and people processes for HR and People operations. The Compensation Management deployment consolidated engagement surveys, structured performance reviews and OKR alignment across the Netherlands and international offices.
Implementation focused on Leapsome's engagement survey, review and OKR modules, configured to feed workforce performance and calibration workflows. Leapsome Compensation Management's compensation and benchmarking capabilities were positioned for adoption to support data-informed pay cycles, reflecting Leapsome's published functionality.
The project replaced manual spreadsheet processes for reviews and survey aggregation, enabling consolidated people data and reducing manual administrative steps. Operational scope covered HR and People operations teams, with configuration for multi-office rollup across TicketSwap's Netherlands base and its international sites.
Governance changes established a standardized review cadence, calibrated scoring inputs and centralized survey scheduling to support compensation decisioning. TicketSwap reported reduced manual work and improved insight as outcomes of the rollout.
