| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2006 | 2006 |
In 2006, TMS International implemented FIS GETPAID to support AR Automation for a $240 million accounts receivable portfolio. The deployment was focused on centralizing collections workflows and day to day receivables management for a metals recycling business with integrated billing and transportation operations.
The FIS GETPAID implementation covered core AR Automation capabilities including collections management, cash application and customer account management, and automated credit alerting to surface overextended accounts to the Credit Manager. Configuration emphasized hands on collections workflows, role-based access for Accounts Receivable, Billing, Sales and Transportation teams, and ongoing application maintenance and tuning by the in-house AR team.
Operational integration included onboarding the entire IMS account portfolio into FIS GETPAID when IMS was acquired by Tube City, while simultaneously managing active collections for major clients from that portfolio. Day to day operations coordinated with customers' Accounts Payable personnel and internal stakeholders, enabling the system to become the central repository for reconciliations and dispute resolution across AR, Billing and Sales.
Governance and process changes instituted during the rollout included formal credit alerting to the Credit Manager, standardized reconciliation procedures, and a maintained escalation path for complex collections. Outcomes documented by internal stakeholders included a noticeable reduction in delinquency rates and attainment of incentive targets during the tenure overseeing the program.

| In-House Applications | Legacy | In-House ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2009 | 2009 |
In 2009, TMS International implemented In-House ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, as the primary hiring platform embedded on its public careers site. The in-house application captures candidate applications directly through the TMS jobs portal, publishes job postings, and serves application forms and attachments on the corporate website. The deployment is internally developed and operated by TMS IT, with the In-House ATS integrated into the public job application flow on tmsjobs.com.
Implemented capabilities focus on requisition publishing, candidate intake and tracking, application status management, and recruiter and hiring manager workflow coordination, consistent with Applicant Tracking System functionality. Operational scope covers corporate recruiting and human resources functions across TMS International, with internal IT sustaining the application and maintaining the careers-site connection. Governance is structured around role based access for recruiters and hiring managers and process controls for application handling and record retention, preserving internal ownership of candidate data and hiring workflows.

| DXC Technology | Legacy | DXC Eclipse DAXEAM | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, TMS International implemented DXC Eclipse DAXEAM to address Enterprise Asset Management across its manufacturing operations. The deployment positioned DXC Eclipse DAXEAM as the EAM backbone for plant maintenance and asset tracking, aligning with existing ERP responsibilities for Dynamics AX 2012 and SAI ERP management and support. This implementation targeted business functions including maintenance execution, asset lifecycle management, and operational planning for the Mill Services Group and the Raw Materials and Optimization Group.
DXC Eclipse DAXEAM was configured to deliver standard Enterprise Asset Management capabilities such as work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset master control, and spare parts inventory control. The EAM implementation was managed alongside Independent Software Vendor solutions including FWI Environmental, reflecting a layered application architecture where DXC Eclipse DAXEAM interoperated with other ERP components. Configuration and technical enhancements followed typical EAM workflows, with testing, hot fixes, and periodic updates managed as part of the release lifecycle.
Integration work explicitly included support of the Vertex tax system and the MK Strategies integration between Dynamics AX 2012 and Vertex, while operational integration between DXC Eclipse DAXEAM and Dynamics AX 2012 was instrumented to maintain asset and transactional synchronization across ERP and maintenance domains. Operational coverage extended beyond a single site, with stated plans for international implementations and cross-site alignment of maintenance processes. Infrastructure management focused on AX related servers and application availability for plant and corporate users.
Governance for the DXC Eclipse DAXEAM rollout emphasized structured change control, testing cycles, and cross-functional implementation teams, with a core team managing four direct reports and coordinating cross-functional teams of up to nine during deployments. Day to day operations included user support, enhancements management, and ongoing technical administration to sustain Enterprise Asset Management capabilities within the broader ERP landscape.
