In 2021 Tokidoki engaged the Boxme Platform to operate core Order Management,Inventory Management functions as its designated 3PL partner. Boxme became Tokidoki's 3PL partner starting May 8, 2021 to run full ecommerce warehousing, inventory synchronization and order fulfilment across multiple Vietnamese platforms, enabling Tokidoki to handle 4,000–5,000 orders per month.
The Boxme Platform implementation centers on warehouse management and order management capabilities, with automated order intake, centralized multi warehouse storage and inventory synchronization to prevent oversell. Boxme Platform handles transaction orchestration from order capture through picking, packing and carrier handoff, consistent with Order Management,Inventory Management functional workflows.
Integrations are scoped to multiple Vietnamese ecommerce channels and marketplaces, with realtime inventory sync feeding channel availability and preventing oversell across sites. Operational coverage includes multi warehouse inventory consolidation and ecommerce fulfilment operations, impacting inventory control, fulfillment operations and customer order management.
Governance was structured around Boxme operating as the single 3PL operator for Tokidoki, centralizing inventory governance and order routing rules within the Boxme Platform. The deployment emphasized automated order intake and inventory synchronization to support sustained monthly order volumes and to reduce oversell risk.
