Operational scope covered centralization of rebate and promotion administration across the member network and alignment of order flow automation to existing commerce channels. Topco reported outcomes including an increase in hands-free order flow from 11% to over 40% and improved rebate accuracy after centralizing governance under Vistex Revenue Management. The reported results reflect changes to rebate processing and pricing orchestration and document improvements in rebate accuracy and order automation.
