Project governance was organized via a joint Topdanmark and Netcompany steering committee with phased release waves, integrated testing, and business acceptance gates. The Guidewire BillingCenter instance was instrumented to provide event level billing data to Customer Engage for coordinated customer communications and self service workflows.
