Operational coverage explicitly included marketplace orchestration for 90 plus independent retailers in the Benelux and scaling of the catalog to over 50k SKUs. The solution impacted merchandising, marketplace operations, fulfillment, and customer service functions by routing orders to store inventories and consolidating SKU and content governance within NextChapter eCommerce. Governance and process changes centered on automated allocation rules, standardized return workflows, and centralized catalog governance to support rapid expansion. The implementation enabled scaling to 50k plus SKUs and supported TopShoe Netherlands growth in the region while keeping NextChapter eCommerce as the central eCommerce platform for merchandising and fulfillment functions. | |
