Governance and process changes centered on automated allocation rules, standardized return workflows, and centralized catalog governance to support rapid expansion. The implementation enabled scaling to 50k plus SKUs and supported TopShoe Netherlands growth in the region while keeping NextChapter eCommerce as the central eCommerce platform for merchandising and fulfillment functions.

Rollout and operational ownership rested with TopShoe marketplace operations and store network managers, who used configuration controls in NextChapter SIM to adjust allocation policies and onboarding sequencing. Outcomes included scalable onboarding of additional retailers and improved local fulfillment through inventory based routing and POS synchronization, demonstrating NextChapter SIM driven Inventory Management supporting a marketplace to local store fulfillment relationship.
